1. உங்கள் உறுதிமொழிகள் · What you promise

நீங்கள் தரும் பெயர் உண்மையில் வழங்குவது; மூலம் உண்மையானது; பிறர் ஆக்கிய சொல்லை அவர் பெயருடன் தருகிறீர்கள்; நூல்களிலிருந்து பெயரையும் சிறு குறிப்பையும் மட்டுமே எடுக்கிறீர்கள்.

For every contribution you confirm that:

1. the name is genuinely used in the tradition you choose (a Tamil Nadu or Sri Lankan textbook, Tamil Wikipedia, a classical text, everyday speech), or is a coinage you can attribute;
2. the source you give exists and says what you say it does, and the page, edition or verse is as accurate as you can make it;
3. if the word was coined by someone else, you name that person and do not present it as your own; if it is your own coinage, you say so;
4. you take from a copyrighted book, textbook or website only the name and a short, attributed reference, never long passages;
5. your explanation is your own wording and accurate to the best of your knowledge;
6. it does not contain anything prohibited by section 8 of the Terms of Use.

2. உரிம வழங்கல் · The licence you grant

உங்கள் பங்களிப்பின் பதிப்புரிமை உங்களிடமே இருக்கும்; ஆனால் அதை CC BY-SA 4.0 உரிமத்தில் உலகம் முழுவதற்கும், கட்டணமின்றி, திரும்பப் பெற இயலாதபடி வழங்குகிறீர்கள். பின்னாளைய CC BY-SA பதிப்புகளிலும் வெளியிட ஒளியோன் ஆய்வகத்திற்கு அனுமதி தருகிறீர்கள்.

1. You keep the copyright in your contributions. You license each contribution, from the moment you submit it, to Oliyon Research and to the public under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International licence. The licence is worldwide, royalty-free and irrevocable.
2. You also permit Oliyon Research to publish your contributions under any later version of the CC BY-SA licence, so that the collection can stay under one licence.
3. Material you take from a public-domain or other compatible source is not yours to license; you only confirm that it may be used, and the source is credited.
4. No payment, royalty or other consideration is due for contributions, and contributing does not create employment or any other relationship.

3. நன்றி குறிப்பு · How you are credited

வெளியான பெயருடன் அதை ஆக்கியவர் பெயர் குறிக்கப்படும் (நீங்களே ஆக்கியிருந்தால் உங்கள் காட்சிப் பெயர்). மறுபயன்பாட்டின்போது "ஒளியோன் அணு பங்களிப்பாளர்கள்" எனக் குறித்து இணைப்பைத் தந்தால் போதும்.

A published name shows the person who coined it — your display name, if you coined it. You agree that a re-user satisfies the attribution requirement by crediting "Oliyon Anu contributors" together with a link to the element, compound or term page.

4. திருத்தமும் ஆய்வும் · Editing and review

ஆய்வாளர்கள் உங்கள் முன்மொழிவைத் திருத்தலாம், அதன் சான்று நிலையைக் குறிக்கலாம், மறுக்கலாம். இதை உங்கள் படைப்புக்கு இழுக்காகக் கருதமாட்டீர்கள் என ஏற்கிறீர்கள்.

1. Contributions are reviewed before publication and may be corrected, re-labelled, given an evidence level, declined or later hidden. Every review decision is kept on record and the outcome is shown to you on "My proposals".
2. The Copyright Act, 1957 (section 57) gives authors a right to be identified and to object to distortion of their work. You agree that ordinary editorial changes of this kind, made in good faith to improve the collection, are not a distortion or mutilation of your work.

5. கணக்கை மூடினால் · If you close your account

கணக்கை மூடலாம்; ஆனால் ஏற்கனவே வெளியான பங்களிப்புகளுக்கான உரிமம் தொடரும். உங்கள் பெயர் "முன்னாள் பங்களிப்பாளர்" என மாற்றப்படும்.

You may close your account at any time. Published names remain in Anu under the licence you granted, and your display name on them is replaced by "former contributor". Proposals not yet published when you close your account are withdrawn.

6. பொறுப்பு · Responsibility

உங்கள் பங்களிப்புக்கு நீங்களே பொறுப்பு. அது பிறர் உரிமையை மீறியதாகப் புகார் வந்தால், அதை மறைத்து, உங்களுக்குத் தெரிவித்து, தேவையெனில் கணக்கை நிறுத்துவோம்.

You are responsible for your contributions. If we receive a credible complaint that a contribution infringes someone's rights or breaks the law, we may hide or remove it, tell you, and — for repeated or serious breaches — close your account. Section 13 of the Terms of Use applies to costs caused by a contribution that breached this agreement.

7. ஆய்வாளர்களுக்கு · Additional duties of reviewers

ஆய்வாளர்கள் நடுநிலையாக, சான்றின் அடிப்படையில் முடிவெடுக்க வேண்டும்; தங்கள் சொந்தப் பங்களிப்பை ஆய்வு செய்யக் கூடாது; பதிப்புரிமை மீறலைக் கண்டால் மறுக்க வேண்டும்; பங்களிப்பாளர் விவரங்களை வெளியிடக் கூடாது.

If you are appointed a reviewer, you also agree to: decide on the evidence and the sources, not on personal or group loyalties; check a source yourself before marking a name "attested"; not review your own proposals or those of people you have a close connection with; treat the Tamil Nadu and Sri Lankan traditions with equal respect; and keep confidential any personal details of contributors you come across.
